The Disney Platform Distribution’s Content Sales Team, in partnership with Riordan Program Alumni Association, is launching a mentorship program to support the professional growth and development of underrepresented minorities, and to help them achieve their goals in the media and entertainment industry.

Who is eligible to apply?
The program is open to members of the Riordan Programs Alumni Association and includes the Riordan MBA Fellows, College to Career, Riordan Scholars and Saturday Business Academy.
Can I apply if I am not a Riordan alum?
The goal of this mentorship program is to support the professional developement and growth of underrepresented groups in the media & entertainment business. While Disney is partnering with RPAA for this pilot mentorship program, candidates are encouraged to apply if they help fullfill this mission.
Can I apply if I have no entertainment experience?
Yes, you can! This will be an opportunity to learn more about the industry.
Can I apply if I have prior or current entertainment experience?
Our goal is to increase diversity in the media & entertainment business. While this program is meant to help those who may not already be in the industry, we encourage you to apply if you would like to be considered for this program.
Do I need to be a student or working professional?
The program is open to both graduate students and working professionals.
How many years of work experience are you looking for?
We are looking for people who have between 1-15 years of work experience. Please note many of the Disney mentors are senior executives at the VP level.
Do I need to submit a recommendation letter?
A recommendation letter is OPTIONAL. The absence of one will not adversely impact your application during the review process.
