Diversity Movers and Shakers Mixer (DMAS) is back for a second year!
This unique Mentoring & Networking Event provides young professionals the opportunity to meet and engage with accomplished industry leaders during organized Speed Mentoring rotations. Rotations will be led by a mentor who will share career advice and industry insights. Industries represented: Finance, Consulting, Marketing, Non-Profit and Entrepreneurship. Among the attendees we will have: Riordan Programs Alumnus, the Riordan Programs Fellows and the Saturday Business Academy Volunteers!
Proceeds from the event benefit the Saturday Business Academy, a monthly enrichment program designed to prepare over 100 underserved Los Angeles High School students each year with the skills and academic guidance to pursue higher education and become future business leaders.
The event on February 6, 2014 at The Los Angeles Athletic Club successfully sold out.

Aaron Kent has worked with hundreds of businesses to stimulate “engagement” in the workplace. With a diverse client base spanning from Fortune 500 companies, such as Northrop Grumman Corporation, Raytheon Company, and The Boeing Company, to local favorites such as InNOut Burger, to working with U.S. Military Veterans to transition back into civilian life, Aaron and his team pride themselves on leveraging proven principles and methodologies to fit a wide variety of business needs.
John is Vice President and Corporate Controller of Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc. He is a CPAA and Attorney with almost 30 years experience in in-house business, tax-legal experience ranging from planning to compliance to controversy. John has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Oakland University and a Law Degree from Wayne State Law School.
