On Saturday August 9, 2014 the Riordan Program Alumni Association in partnership with New York Life will be hosting the 12th Annual Diversity MBA Admissions Conference at UCLA Covel Commons. The conference allows attendees to interact directly with MBA Admissions Directors from the country’s top business schools, learn about the MBA Admissions process, business school curriculum and student culture.
The Saturday Business Academy had a successful field trip to UCLA on Saturday, March 16th. All three high schools were in attendance with over 80 high school students, 30 mentors, and 11 Program Managers. The agenda included a full campus tour, lunch from the local BJ’s pizzeria and speakers Reggie Waddell from the UCLA Academic Advancement Program and Edgar Escobedo from the Riordan Fellows Program. The trip concluded with a raffle where two lucky students received a UCLA shirt and UCLA hat.
